1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Prastora, ul. 3 Maja 27, 62-020 Swarzędz, VAT ID 9721347715. For anything concerning personal data, write to [email protected] or call +48 451 611 971.

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you give us yourself through the contact form or the calculator form:

  • first name,
  • phone number,
  • e-mail address (if you provide one),
  • town (in an enquiry from the calculator),
  • the message and the kitchen configuration, if you attach it.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to prepare a quote, respond to your enquiry and, if it comes to that, conclude a contract. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Once a contract is in place, we also process the data to perform it and to meet tax and accounting obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Data from the forms is kept until the conversation about the order ends, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep it for as long as the contract runs, plus the periods required by tax law and the warranty period.

5. Who receives the data

Data may only be passed to the providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries (hosting provider, form delivery service, e-mail), under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have your data rectified,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Providing data is voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary, but without a first name and phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no marketing cookies and no analytics tools. The calculator stores your kitchen settings only in your own browser (localStorage) — that data does not reach us unless you send an enquiry yourself.

9. Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions and do no profiling. The price from the calculator is indicative and is not a binding offer.
